The inside of the hose is lined with thick rubber with built in anti-static properties. This reduces the possibility of static electricity forming and igniting the fuel, which would create an explosion.

VeGa fuel hoses are characterize with:

Aramide braid for hi-temperature resistance
Excellent chemical resistance and low  fuel permeation
Exellent fuel and oil resistance
Resistant for oil, heat, ozone and weathering cover

Hose design is based on a combination of application and performance. Common factors are Size, Pressure Rating, Weight and Length.

Any damage to a fuel hose will result in fuel leakage, a gasoline smell in the vehicle and very sluggish engine response. There are many possible causes for poor engine performance and it is important to obtain the correct information before attempting to repair the vehicle.
