Control arm mountings

Control arm mountings

A bushing or rubber bushing is a type of vibration isolator, damping the energy transmitted through the bushing. A common application is in vehicle suspension systems. The bushing is made of rubber (or, more often, synthetic rubber or polyurethane) separates the faces of two metal objects while allowing a certain amount of movement. This movement allows the suspension parts to move freely.

VeGa offers to its customers control arm mountings manufactured in accordance with the latest requirements of carmakers.
With VeGa control arm mounts you get:
Long life thanks to the high quality materials used in the manufacture           of VeGa mountings
Precise workmanship
Easy installation
A wide range covering 95% of the fleet
This type bushings are used in both the automotive industry and many other areas, used for attachment, load transfer, reduce load, etc.
Rubber bushings can deteriorate quickly in the presence of oils (e.g., motor oil) and extreme heat and cold.
The flexibility of rubber also introduces an element of play in the suspension system. This may result in changes in vehicle movement during high-load conditions (cornering and braking).
